Gloustershire Hotel Montego Bay is a wonderful Hotel to stay in. Spacious ,spotless rooms, friendly staff, smiling faces all over, just a place where you like to stay. Continental breakfast gallore, juice, toast, friendly waittresses and waiter. I can fully recommend the beautiful and tasty renovated hotel Gloustershire in Montego Bay. I will stay there again . Right on the strip in front of Doctor's Cave beach ...rooms were clean and staff friendly ...

Great location. The staff was very helpful and friendly and very responsive.

The food and other services were exorbitantly expensive

The staff was friendly and the hotel was recently renovated.

Continental breakfast was not part of the package, although I was charged for it. The dining room staff needs training on how to caterer to the customers need, whether local or over seas guest.

The hotel was excellent, best I have stayed at on the "hip strip" and I have stayed in about 5 other hotels. The renovations were complete, looks great, nice atmosphere and is very clean.

I could not have a guest in my room for even 10 minutes. A friend of mine, also from Canada wanted to come up while I got ready to go out with her in the evening but this was not allowed. I would have liked breakfast to be included. I would have liked a fridge in my room I would have liked a room service menu in my room

The housekeeping and reception staff were very accommodating. The location was excellent .

Horrible place. Staff was not helpful and generally rude, even tried to shake mgr down for extra money- with the old "I don't have change and the credit card machine isn't working." I expect this kind of thing from taxi drivers, but not a hotel charging these prices. Rooms were barely adequate- no safe, etc.

Good location and great rooms.

I had a room facing the main road so it got a bit noisy at times. Hotel quiet at time I'm visited so unabl to comment on facilities.

Friendly, relaxed, easy access to beach and other facilities. Near to the airport (but not noisy).

Staff not fully trained and catering often a bit hit and miss.
